What changes can I expect?
Your current processes and account management will basically remain the same. Tara Strand will continue to serve you over the next four months and acquaint you with Acsys Interactive - our processes and teams. As the Acsys team comes to know you and your business needs, the changes you can expect are all up to you based on where you want to take your business via the vast service and product offerings that Acsys can provide you.
How might I benefit from this change?
You will have access to a team that is experienced across multiple verticals that delivers best-in-class solutions from platforms such as: websites, intranets, extranets and portals. We will become your partner and extended team who understands your business to optimize and grow your business through the web.
What will the role of IIMS be?
Your account has been transitioned from IIMS to Acsys Interactive effective 7.2.09. Acsys Interactive will now be servicing your web based needs. The IIMS team is supporting Acsys behind the scenes and with Tara Strand to ensure that your service continues without impact to your business.
How will my billing work?

Will there be additional costs or contract changes?
In the short term, there will be no changes to cost structure or contractual agreements. As your business grows with Acsys, there may be additional costs associated with new products and services. You will always be notified when additional costs may arise.
