Acsys Interactive Completes 10th Straight Year of Continuous Growth, Yielding Best Year in Company’s 15-year History
01.15.10 Acsys Interactive today announced an 8 percent increase in revenue in 2009 compared with 2008, marking its 10th straight year of continuous revenue growth and best year since President Stan Valencis founded the company in 1994.
"While the struggling economy forced many organizations to come to grips with flat or negative year-over-year growth," says Valencis, "we feel very fortunate to have a healthy roster of loyal clients who continue to see us as true partners."
In fact, Acsys attained a 98%+ client retention rate in 2009, surpassing its previous year's 95%+ rate and well ahead of the 90% benchmark established by Forrester.
Clients' renewed emphasis on direct response marketing and cost-effective execution allowed Acsys's Digital Marketing and Product divisions to lead the way in 2009, both posting double-digit year-over-year growth. "Because we can measure literally every aspect of our digital campaigns," explains Jeremy Walker, VP of Digital Marketing, "our clients never have to wonder what's delivering the best value for their marketing spend. We can also turn on a dime," Walker continues, "to ensure that campaigns are always optimized."
Kurt Swanke, VP of Product Development and Strategy, notes that Acsys delivered a number of new features in 2009, often responding directly to client requests. "Whenever possible, I visited clients in person in 2009," says Swanke, "because we care about their feedback and want them to help guide our development process." Swanke also indicates that clients view the Acsys product line as a great way to jump-start a project when faced with limited IT resources.
