Acsys Interactive Defines Orange Regional Medical Center’s Digital Strategy

www.ORMC.org. The foundation of ORMC's strategic digital plan, the new site offers a significantly enhanced visitor experience, when learning about Orange Regional and services offered.
Many of ORMC's site visitors are dealing with very serious medical situations, causing both emotional upheaval and sense that they may not be in control of their life. Developed using Microsoft's .NET platform and Acsys Interactive's Site Manager, a next generation digital platform that equips marketing professionals with a suite of best-of-breed tools needed to manage a vast array of online content, campaigns, programs, and networks, the new
ORMC web presence is a critical touch point to patients and caregivers; inspiring confidence, a sense of ease, hope and direction.
ORMC's old website was dated, fragmented and a bit confusing. With the extensive use of I-Frames the users sometimes were presented with double scroll bars along with imagery and text that was not well balanced. After years of organic growth, the site lacked clear organization and structure. The look and feel of the old site was not consistent with a technologically advanced healthcare provider and out of sync with what patients, caregivers, doctors, and others expect from a healthcare leader.
