When traditional media failed to deliver, Connecticut Conquers Cancer Jimmy Fund Golf event organizer turns to Acsys Interactive for a comprehensive social media strategy, execution, and video production to increase awareness and charitable donations.
As the official online video provider of the "Connecticut Conquers Cancer" Jimmy Fund Golf Outing, Acsys Interactive is helping the Jimmy Fund extend it's statewide visibility and fundraising in support of the new Connecticut Patient Assistance Project at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Acsys Interactve has created a dedicated YouTube channel at www.YouTube.com/JimmyFundGolfCT as a destination for video testimonials from sports celebrities and corporate leaders supporting the cause. You can view personal stories from former NHL and NFL players and WWE Legends.

Many healthcare institutions nationwide have established their own protocols based on the research and findings pioneered at Dana-Farber."
Glastonbury, CT businessman Tony Ravosa, the event's organizer, shares, "I'm happy to announce that $12,500 of the net proceeds from this year's event will be earmarked for toward the establishment of the new Connecticut Patient Assistance Project (CPAP) at Dana-Farber. CPAP will help ease the financial hardship experienced by some Connecticut cancer patients and their families who are pursuing cancer care at Dana-Farber. Residents of Greater Hartford and Eastern Connecticut are extremely fortunate to have a world-class cancer facility like Dana-Farber located in such close proximity."
Individuals and companies are encouraged to help conquer cancer by contributing at www.JimmyFundGolfCT.org.
