Acsys Interactive Announces SiteManager 1.5 with more than 25 Enhancements
09.20.09 On September 20th, Acsys Interactive was excited to announce the successful release of a new version of the company's award-winning product suite, SiteManager. The latest release represents the third major SiteManager upgrade initiated by Acsys Interactive in 2009 and features over 25 additional capabilities and quality enhancements. The highlights of the release include the addition of advanced rich media reports, integration of social media, improvements to the popular SiteManager / Email solution and connectivity from SiteManager /Forms to Microsoft Dynamics CRM®.

"We continue to work with clients using the 12 SiteManager solutions in order to research new product development initiatives and they continue to deliver the ideas that allow us to provide dynamic product innovation."
The SiteManager 1.5 release includes several new capabilities that subscribers can leverage including new rich media reports. SiteManager / Forms led the way with new reporting platform during the 1.4 release. Now three additional SiteManager solutions have migrated to the next generation platform including SiteManager / Email, Events and Search. SiteManager / Events also adds a reporting dashboard including an advanced "multi-monitor super dashboard" and improved attendee lists to improve analysis before, during and after events. Client users can take advantage of new functionality in SiteManager / Forms. In the last release, we added the ability to add/edit fields in SiteManager / Forms and now users will be able to copy their existing forms and move them to other areas of their site. If the user has SiteManager / Content SiteMap option, they will be able to add a new page and paste the form on to that page. This is a perfect complement to our client email campaigns since they can create new landing pages while leveraging their existing "call to action" assets seamlessly.
In addition, SiteManager has now "gone social" through the integration of SiteManager / News with Twitter®. With this optional interface, users can simply click a button inside the SiteManager / News interface to send the abstract of their press releases to their Twitter page. "Marketing departments and their teams are moving faster than ever before", commented Swanke, "We continue to seek intelligent use of technology innovation to remove the need duplicate processes. We are working on more social networking integration for future SiteManager releases."
SiteManager / Lists and Email also received new functionality. We added the support for video in the SiteManager / Lists solution and enhanced the Email suite with new several capabilities including domain personalization and segmentation. The domain personalization provides the ability for users to send emails and use their domain addresses in the "from" email field. We were able to provide this capability and still maintain the integrity of the soft / hard bounce information in addition to the advanced reporting. We also added the ability to add an "attribute" in SiteManager / Email that allows the user to filter contacts that received a previous email. Now that users can isolate recipients of previous campaigns, they can leverage the segmentation for "drip style / lead nurturing" digital marketing campaigns.
Finally, we added Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations for SiteManager / Forms. Now, SiteManager / Forms users that utilize SalesForce.com®[1] or Microsoft Dynamics® [2] can now add an optional connector to share form data with your sales teams. In streamlining the process by which form data is imported and exported between the SmartForms platform and CRM tools, Acsys Interactive has delivered to SiteManager clients an easy web service connector that greatly facilitates the tracking of leads and management of sales.
