Exceptional Client Service and Attention to ROI Propel Acsys Interactive to Double-digit
Mid-year Revenue Growth
08.31.09 Acsys Interactive today announced an 11 percent increase in revenue through the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2009 compared with the year-ago period.
Acsys continued to invest in the resources and infrastructure necessary to support its evolution to a more strategically-focused full-service interactive agency. In an increasingly complex online world, Acsys offers products and services that help organizations promote, maintain, involve and analyze a vast array of online content, campaigns, programs, and social networks.
"We're very pleased to be in a position to continue to invest and grow," says Acsys President Stan Valencis, "especially as we've seen other players in our space cut back." Valencis goes on to attribute Acsys's success to its focus, philosophy and passion for delivering quantifiable business results for clients. "I'm very proud of our company's culture and how we've evolved the organization over the years, and I'm excited about what the future holds for us and our clients."
Acsys's Strategic Services help organizations understand how to best leverage the web to operate effectively in a down economy. This requires expertise in the full-range of interactive tools available, as well as an emphasis on analytics, including the ability to identify key metrics and recognize opportunities for improvement. That's why Acsys uses the Balanced Scorecard approach to strategic planning, developing a Digital Scorecard to help clients formalize objectives, develop strategies and define tactics.
"We've seen a lot of organizations move marketing dollars away from higher level branding and offline activities over the last eight to ten months," says SVP of Strategic Services Mike Stutman, "in favor of online and direct response initiatives where their customers are spending more time and it's easier to measure return on investment. As one client recently conveyed in our discussions around 2010 planning, 'traditionally, I plan out my marketing budget in traditional channels and then interactive gets whatever is left over; moving forward we are going to flip that model on its head - interactive and web development are the priority. Online is increasingly our customers primary channel for interaction and our marketing investments need to be aligned with their behavior.' There's also been a renewed interest in search engine optimization, as companies strive to reduce customer acquisition costs in a challenging marketplace. And these are areas where our strong analytics capabilities and SEO competencies can really add value."
By consistently helping organizations develop strategies, execute tactics, then measure, adjust and refine, Acsys has attained a client retention rate that exceeds 95%, well above the 90% benchmark established by Forrester when evaluating interactive agencies.
"I'm often asked the key to our success," says Valencis, "and there's no silver bullet. It starts with a clear vision, taking a long term perspective and identifying where we can truly add value. We've found that if we consistently do a number of small things right and always have our clients' best interest in mind, everyone wins."
