Acsys Interactive Delivers SiteManager Version 1.4 Upgrade

On April 19, Acsys Interactive was pleased to report the successful release of a new version of the company's award-winning product suite, SiteManager. This Version 1.4 release, which features more than ten additional capabilities and quality enhancements for the product suite's integrated platforms, represents the second major upgrade initiated by Acsys Interactive in 2009. Driven by ongoing Voice of Customer (VOC) research and usage data, this concerted effort underscores the interactive agency's twin commitments to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

"Our valued clients have spoken - and we're definitely listening," reports Kurt Swanke, VP of Product Development. "They've taken the time and made the effort to give us a goldmine of feedback, so Acsys Interactive has had to step up our development activities to be responsive. And we're proud to report that we're meeting the challenge with these robust upgrades."

The push out of Version 1.4 was transparent to product licensees and current SiteManager users were able to access most of the enhanced features by the evening of April 19. However, a couple of the new interactive product features will be available only on demand and for an additional fee.

Several new capabilities of Version 1.4 will immediately gratify subscribers to the Acsys Interactive SiteManager tool set. Building on advancements ushered in with the previous update, SiteManager now supports page expiration alerts in HotSpots, as well as on-the-spot field editing in SmartLists. The image library that feeds the SiteManager platforms also has been retooled to accommodate larger file sizes and uploading in bulk. In addition, RecruitManager, when configured with PortalManager, will allow prospective job applicants to setup a profile on a licensee's website that feeds alerts when openings fit their particular criteria.

Among all the modified products, SmartForms received the most attention in the latest version. Enhancements to this platform included an editing capability that allows users to easily revise their forms to reflect new or amended fields. Furthermore, SmartForms is now configured to share form data with SALESFORCE.COM®[1], the leading customer relationship management tool. In streamlining the process by which form data is imported and exported between the SmartForms platform and SALESFORCE.COM, Acsys Interactive has delivered to SiteManager clients a speedy web service connector that greatly facilitates the tracking of leads and management of sales.

In Version 1.4, Acsys Interactive initiated a makeover of SiteManager reporting solutions too. With the SmartForms product as a back drop, an advanced rich internet application was configured that will meet the demands of clients seeking more interactive reporting solutions. Users will notice aesthetic improvements to the reports, as well as superior segmentation and filtering capabilities. These new reporting capabilities were developed with Adobe®[2] Flex as a foundation platform. Clients seeking greater business clarity through metrics and status analyses will find the SmartForms enhancements especially useful and timely. And many users will be pleased to know that the reporting functions of other products in the SiteManager family will be receiving similar makeovers in the coming weeks.
