Acsys Announces Record Growth of Over 50%

Acsys, Inc. announces growth of over 50% during 2007, setting a company record for growth and for total revenue. This exceptional performance represents the third consecutive year of over 35% growth.
Stan Valencis, President of Acsys, comments, "Our efforts to evolve client relationships from tactical to strategic rewarded us in 2007, as the digital channel becomes the primary touch point with consumers. By working hard to help clients succeed with their interactive initiatives, Acsys maintained our client retention rate of over 95%."
Valencis also attributes the strong performance to adding staff with experience working on national brands as well as staff with vertical industry experience. During the year, Acsys attracted more A-list management talent, filling key executive roles such as Interactive Marketing/Search Engine Marketing and Optimization, as well as Organizational Development, and Sales and Marketing. The company also expanded the Acsys Healthcare practice area by hiring industry experts and consultants. In addition, Acsys hired new developers and technical experts to expand the creation of solutions for emerging client challenges.
Several new marquee clients were added during 2007, including Halifax Health, OneThingCT.com, Sikorsky, ProEquities, Penny Publications, and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (at Stanford University School of Medicine). Acsys won many interactive industry awards for work done for clients such as Timex and Chemtura. Healthcare clients such as Virginia Hospital Center and Stamford Hospital won interactive awards for outstanding solutions and sites created by Acsys.
Solution development efforts during 2007 included extending the capabilities of Acsys SiteManager intelligent, intuitive, and modular suite of software tools providing 360-degree site control and information management. For example, the new SiteManager SearchManager module features powerful site search, freeing clients from dependency upon external search engines and related information security issues. Other enhancements made to SiteManager included an upgraded version of the EventManager module, featuring new access and security capabilities. Acsys web hosting also introduced an award-winning advanced solution for site security.
During 2007, Acsys also announced the creation and extension of key technology partnerships. These partnerships included Ektron, furthering Acsys capabilities as an Ektron Certified Developer with trained on-site staff. "The expansion of our partnerships reflects our client-centric, technology agnostic approach," said Valencis. "We are committed to providing clients with a full range of solutions."
Acsys also announced new mobile solutions for healthcare—making it possible to feature and communicate healthcare information directly to mobile and handheld device users with .MOBI, the first and only top-level domain dedicated exclusively to delivering Internet content to mobile devices
