Acsys, Inc. today announced the release of WorkFlow, the newest Site Manager tool. WorkFlow adds yet another important component of site enhancement and management to the already robust Site Manager suite, providing an innovative means of managing, tracking, and updating a Web site.

 

With WorkFlow, a user can create simple or complex workflows to track and manage changes to their site. Required approval steps ensure that any content revisions are passed through the proper channels before they are allowed on a live site, and an easily accessible history page allows for a rollback to a previous version of a page. This easy-to-use functionality requires no technical ability.

 

With the introduction of this new tool, Acsys will give users the ability to streamline collaborative work efforts on one project, and the experience of greater efficiency in tracking and managing site updates. With added features such as auto-notification and author management, WorkFlow traffics all necessary information to key stakeholders in each workflow process. This depth of functionality provides for precisioin in management and security in the integrity of a site's content.

 

WorkFlow has been fully integrated into HotSpots, with RecruitManager capabilities on the way. WorkFlow will be phased into each Site Manager product and will work across the entire suite of tools.
