Acsys posts record 2005 revenues on 35% growth rate.

01.03.06
Acsys, Inc. is proud to announce record growth for 2005. Acsys' revenue increase of 35% over 2004 marks the company's best performance in its 12-year history and positions the organization for even greater growth in 2006 and beyond.

In addition to a client retention rate of 97%, the company grew its customer base in 2005 with the addition of six major new clients—growth the Acsys management team attributes to results-driven marketing and our ability to consistently exceed expectations. A major new client-focused initiative over the past year was the institution of a proprietary Site Balanced Scorecard which focuses efforts on areas that truly impact the clients' bottom line. "The Site Balanced Scorecard has really shifted the way we think about our clients' business and introduced greater discipline into our process," said Stan Valencis, President and Chief Technology Officer for Acsys. "As metrics and measurement become increasingly important to our business, the Scorecard will only become more critical."

2005 was a banner growth year on other fronts as well for Acsys as the company added talented new people and expanded the company's service offering to meet growing demands. "We've hired nearly one new person per month this past year," said Valencis, "It's an exciting time for us and our clients. Morale has never been higher and the opportunities are getting bigger and better." Also notable, Acsys formally established its Site Visibility practice in 2005 to help clients leverage the increasing importance of search engine marketing and email marketing campaigns. Rob Grant, Acsys' Vice President of Sales and Marketing added, "We are helping clients connect the dots across all channels. Having a Site Visibility team to generate more awareness and traffic online is ever more critical to our clients' success."

In addition to client successes in 2005, Acsys continued to significantly improve and upgrade its core product and service offerings with major investments in the company's Site Manager content management product and Hosting infrastructure. Product improvements are already paying dividends for Acsys clients who cite improvements to the product's interface as well as many new overall features.

"2005 was a tremendous year for us, with large enterprise engagements in a variety of industries that truly challenged our intelligence and capabilities," said Valencis, "We've never been better poised to deliver results-focused, world-class marketing and technology solutions to our clients than we are today. We look forward to building on this success in 2006 and beyond."
