Acsys, Inc. Develops Interactive and Multi-Audience Web Site for
Legal eBilling and Matter Management Firm
07.12.05 Acsys, Inc., a full service consulting firm that helps organizations achieve their business goals using interactive technologies, today announced the launch of a new Internet identity for TyMetrix, the market leader in Web-based management solutions for corporate law departments, claims organizations and law firms. As a leader in the legal eBilling and matter management market, TyMetrix selected Acsys to provide the platform for its brand identity and messaging campaign with the development of a multi-faceted Web experience that individually catered to the needs of their three distinct audiences: Corporate, Claims and Law Firms. Additionally, Acsys incorporated interactivity into the Web site, enabling visitors to view demonstrations of TyMetrix's integrated suite of solutions.
Acsys' NewsManager, MailManager and HotSpots products were used in the development process to further enhance the back-end usability of the site, providing TyMetrix's non-technical staff with the tools to maintain and update the site as well as the ability to track and analyze Web trends.
"We chose to work with Acsys because they understood our market and the challenges we face. Their team listened to our concerns and worked closely with us to come up with practical, useful solutions," said Kurt Swanke, Senior Product Manager of TyMetrix. "We are very excited about the new Web site because it articulates our messages to our core audiences, and with the new back-end features installed by Acsys, we are now able to manage our content and track information requests, providing us with highly valuable data."
By using NewsManager, authorized TyMetrix staff can add, delete and modify press releases, newsletters and other content as well as set specify dates to automatically publish, archive, and delete stories; set stories to appear on the home page; and control the editing process. MailManager will let TyMetrix send email messages to targeted lists, and provides their message recipients with automated tools for opting in-and-out of distribution lists. TyMetrix will also be able to track responses directly back to their site, providing real-time statistics for opens, click-throughs, opt-outs or other criteria. Lastly, HotSpots will allow TyMetrix staff with the ability to perform routine Web site content updates, providing authorized users with the ability to add, delete, and modify text or publish their changes to the Web site without needing any programming or design skills.
"The team at TyMetrix had a very specific vision for their new Web site and with their input, we were able to develop a site with dramatic presence and usability, capturing the essence of their brand," said Rob Grant, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Acsys, Inc. "In addition to being able to manage all their own content, TyMetrix will have the ability to use their Web site as a business tool, further enhancing their ability to maintain their leadership position within the legal eBilling market."
