Acsys, Inc. Takes Home Two Horizon Interactive Awards for Fundraising and Retail Media Campaigns
06.09.05 Acsys, Inc., a full service consulting firm that helps organizations achieve their business goals using interactive technologies, today announced they have won two prestigious Horizon Interactive Awards which recognize the company's excellence in interactive media production for their work with New York University's Stern School of Business and Arch HTH, a global manufacturer of pool care products. Acsys competed against firms from over 15 different countries and from all 50 states for top honors in creative concept, artistic excellence, and technical execution.
Acsys developed a Flash presentation for The NYU Stern School Development Fund, an electronic flash email marketing campaign targeting NYU Stern School alumni that allowed for instant viewing as well as providing the opportunity for recipients to immediately donate to Stern online. Acsys also won an award in the Consumer Information category for their work on Arch HTH's Water Testing CD, a point-of-sale marketing initiative that was distributed through Home Depot stores nationwide. The CD-ROM allowed users to determine the type and quantity of supplies they need based on the specific dimensions and other attributes of their pools. In addition, the CD-ROM stored test information and analyzed trend results to assist consumers in developing proactive pool care plans.
"The Horizon Interactive Awards are among the most prestigious awards in the industry, it's an honor to win several awards two years in a row," said Stan Valencis, Acsys President and CTO. "We've always strived to build the most innovative, creative, and technically sound products, and to be recognized in two distinct categories is a real testament to our design staff."
The Horizon Interactive Awards are a prestigious international competition recognizing outstanding achievement among interactive media producers. The awards showcase the best Web sites, CD-ROMs, DVDs, video, kiosks, video games and other interactive media.
