Acsys Launches New Extranet & Web Site for O,R&L

12.02.04 Acsys has announced the launch of a Project Profile Extranet and newly redesigned Web site (www.or-l.com)  for O,R&L, a multi-divisional company specializing in construction, facilities management, and brokerage.

Through O,R&L's new extranet, prospects can login and access detailed case studies and other information about the company's construction and facilities management projects.  Keeping this information in a secure environment allows the company to control who accesses the information, and also helps with lead generation and tracking.  Acsys' HotSpots content management product enables O,R&L's existing office staff to easily manage and update information on the extranet through a simple text editor.

"Not only is our new extranet proving to be an effective sales tool, but it's easy to maintain," said Halide Caine, Director of Marketing for O,R&L.  "Our office staff is able to update the project information quickly and easily using the Web based tools provided by Acsys."

The new Web site design is aimed at strengthening the company's brand identity, generating leads, and improving cross-selling between divisions.  To accomplish this, Acsys developed a messaging strategy that showcases each of the divisions under the headings, "Build It, Manage It, Sell It".  Acsys also integrated an online contact form and property search feature to simplify the process of finding property information and interacting with O,R&L.
