As VP, Managing Director, Jeff Johnson leads efforts in our Boston office and brings deep expertise to our healthcare and higher education practice areas. Jeff's agency and corporate experience laid a solid foundation for his ability to understand complex business challenges and develop effective, award-winning interactive solutions. He brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications to Acsys.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing Services for Acsys, Craig and his team help clients develop innovative marketing programs that drive incremental revenue and generate new business by integrating traditional marketing vehicles and philosophies with online marketing initiatives, email campaigns, social media engagement, strategic alliances, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Ventures, Vince leads Acsys's growth initiative and is responsible for scaling the company's sales operation. Vince is a seasoned and experienced technology services executive, focusing his expertise on enhancing Acsys’s position in the marketplace.

As the VP of Organizational Development, Deb Peterson is leading us in our efforts in individual, team and leadership development, recruitment, orchestrating strategic and business planning efforts and general human resource functions. She has been instrumental in growing the Organizational Development department at Acsys, bringing in top tier talent to produce innovative solutions.

Pat Phalon is a genuine student of the online medium who constantly searches for new and innovative ways to connect people with services, products and information. As Acsys's Senior Vice President, Creative Director, Pat leads an experienced team of designers and writers to help our clients seek and discover fresh perspectives on their customers and business opportunities.

Lino Ribolla has been working on the digital advertising industry for over 15 years, creating best-in-class interactive and integrated campaigns for Fortune 100 clients such as Kraft, IBM, AT&T, AMEX, BT, Unilever, HP, GM, Cisco, Intel, and Philips. Work for these clients has won all major global awards, including Gold Lions, NY Festivals, the One Show, Addy¹s, LIAA, BIMA, DMA Echo and Caples. His work also holds a strong track record of innovation and industry-firsts, such as the first sound banner and the first Livecast on the Web.

Mike brings more than 15 years of strategy development, marketing and client management experience to the Acsys Interactive team. During his career at Acsys Interactive, Mike has successfully led the development of the company's most complex strategy engagements, including multiyear, multiplatform integrated digital roadmaps for many of Acsys’s largest Healthcare and Financial Services clients including The Hartford, Mass Mutual, MMA, Protective Life, ProEquities, Horace Mann, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Columbus Regional Hospital The Health and Wellness Institute and Atlantic Health.
