Andy Berling leads the Client Services department in its dedication to ensuring that client projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Andy also facilitates the continual improvement of our project development process, allowing Acsys to deliver exceptional results that exceed our client’s expectations.

Vince Lasorsa joined Acsys Interactive as VP of Sales and Marketing to lead Acsys' growth initiative and scale the company's sales and marketing operations. Vince is a seasoned and experienced technology services executive, focusing his expertise on enhancing Acsys’ position in the marketplace.

Alan Mocksfield brings a combination of extensive technological expertise and leadership skills to his role as VP of Interactive Technology for Acsys, where he’s focused on creating innovative solutions for technical business needs. Alan leads an experienced and highly competent team of web developers and infrastructure professionals that is responsible for bringing our creative ideas to life, and maintaining a high level of availability of our core systems.

As the VP of Organizational Development, Deb Peterson is leading us in our efforts in individual, team and leadership development, recruitment, orchestrating strategic and business planning efforts and general human resource functions. She has been instrumental in growing the Organizational Development department at Acsys, bringing in top tier talent to produce innovative solutions.

Pat Phalon is a genuine student of the online medium who constantly searches for new and innovative ways to connect people with services, products and information. As Acsys' VP, Creative Director, Pat leads an experienced team of designers and writers to help our clients seek and discover fresh perspectives on their customers and business opportunities.

Mike brings more than 15 years of strategy development, marketing and client management experience to the Acsys team. Since joining Acsys one year ago, Mike has successfully led the development of the company’s most complex strategy engagements, including multi-year, multi-platform integrated roadmaps for some of Acsys’ largest clients.

Kurt brings nearly 20 years of experience designing product strategy and development solutions for various software and technology companies to the Acsys team. His product development background has traversed all of Acsys' vertical markets and encompasses subjects from start-ups to Fortune-rated corporations.

Christy brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance, administration and public accounting to the Acsys team. As a certified public accountant, Christy has improved operations and maximized profits for companies in diverse industries through finance management, cost reduction, internal controls and productivity enhancement.

Jeremy Walker brings more than six years of industry experience to his role as Vice President of Interactive Marketing for Acsys -- as well as unparalleled passion for developing an industry-leading Interactive Marketing department.
